Today runs deep, so let it.
The Sun in Scorpio squares Pluto, with Venus retrograde in late Libra sitting right beside the Sun. Together they turn the light on what you actually value at work: the money, the people, the parts you have outgrown. Mercury, also retrograde, squares Mars and Jupiter, so big promises and fast replies will come easier than careful ones. Hold the careful ones anyway.
The Moon in Aries grows toward full, and the pull to act is real. Aim it. Pick one work relationship or agreement that has gone quiet or lopsided, and ask one honest question about it. Not a renegotiation, just the question, and let the answer land before you reply.
Compost works slowly. What you turn over today feeds next season’s soil, and a still afternoon counts as tending.
